Common questions

Will I get notified when someone submits?

Use the Form's built-in response notifications or a daily digest - same settings as any Google Form. Doc2Form does not add a separate alert layer.

What about conditional logic?

Google Forms has go-to-section branching, but it is simpler than dedicated workflow tools. Doc2Form keeps section structure when the source is clear; heavy branching may need edits after import. Deep approval chains inside the form may still need process outside Forms.

How do I track requests in Sheets?

In the Form, open Responses and link a Sheet. Each submission is a row with a timestamp. Extend the Sheet with owner, status, or building columns and share as needed.

Can departments share one form?

Yes. Add collaborators on the Form, share the linked Sheet from a team drive, and give facilities, IT, or HR the access they need - same as manually built Forms.
