Yes. If your document has distinct sections - personal details, expense categories, approval fields - Doc2Form creates matching sections in the Google Form. Clear section headings in the source document improve accuracy.

What if my form changes quarterly?

You own the form in Drive. Duplicate it, adjust fields, and share a new link. You can also re-upload an updated template to generate a fresh version.
