Common questions
Is employee data safe?
Doc2Form uses Google OAuth to access your Drive. Documents are processed to create the form but are not stored after conversion. The resulting form lives in your own Google Drive under your organization's Workspace admin policies.
Can it handle multi-section forms?
Yes. If your PDF has clearly defined sections - personal information, work history, references - Doc2Form creates corresponding sections in the Google Form. Clear formatting in the source document improves accuracy.
Can I share forms with external candidates?
Absolutely. Google Forms supports both internal-only and public sharing. You control who can respond and whether they need to sign in. Doc2Form creates the form - sharing settings are up to you.
Does it cost anything?
Your first form is free - no credit card required. After that, credit packs are available. The project is also open source, so you can self-host it for unlimited use.
Can multiple HR team members use it?
Each person signs in with their own Google account. Forms are created in their personal Drive - no shared account needed. Your team's existing Google Workspace accounts work out of the box.
