You have better things to build

Developers end up creating more forms than they expect - bug reports, intake requests, retro surveys, team sign-ups. Each one means switching context from code to a form builder, manually adding fields, and hoping you didn't miss a dropdown option from the original doc.

Doc2Form handles the conversion so you don't have to. Upload the document, review the output, and get back to shipping.

Forms live in your Google Drive

Every form Doc2Form creates is a native Google Form in your own Drive. Connect it to Sheets for automatic response tracking, share it with your team through the usual Google permissions, or embed it in your internal wiki. No third-party form host, no new tool for the team to learn.

Works with what you already have

Most teams already have their templates - bug report docs, intake PDFs, retro outlines. Doc2Form reads the structure from those existing documents instead of making you start from scratch. If you don't have a template yet, describe what you need in plain English and the form gets generated from your description.

Common questions

Do I need to write any code?

No. Doc2Form is a web app - upload a file or type a description, and you get a Google Form. There's no API integration or SDK to set up.

What file formats are supported?

PDF (.pdf) and Word (.docx) up to 5 MB. Scanned PDFs work too, though cleaner documents produce better results.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Each person signs in with their Google account and forms are created in their own Drive. There's nothing to install or configure on the team level.

Is there a free tier?

Your first form is free. After that, credit packs are available. If you're evaluating it for your team, that first free conversion is usually enough to see if the output quality works for your use case.

What happens to my uploaded documents?

Documents are processed to extract the form structure and then discarded. Doc2Form doesn't store your files after conversion is complete.
