Twenty properties should not mean twenty slightly different Forms

Regional managers export the same corporate template, tweak a few lines, and suddenly three buildings are asking different questions for the same leak. Central ops want consistency; site teams want speed. Starting from one imported master Form and duplicating per property keeps wording aligned while you adjust only what local law requires.

Doc2Form accepts PDF or Word up to 5 MB with readable structure. Maintenance coordinators finish in Google Forms: required unit numbers, conditional text when "gas smell" is chosen, links to after-hours emergency policy. Doc2Form is not Yardi, AppFolio, or a work-order system. It is the fast path to a proper Form when PDFs and email are the status quo.

Fair housing and privacy are still on you

Every tenant-facing question should pass legal review for your jurisdiction. Doc2Form does not check rent-control rules, service animal law, or your privacy notice. Collect only what policy allows, store uploads with retention your compliance team defines, and train staff on when a Form is appropriate versus a phone call to emergency maintenance.

Common questions

Can this push straight into our property software?

No native integration. Export from Google Sheets or use middleware your IT licenses.

Should tenants upload photos of damage?

You can enable file uploads; make clear how long files stay in Drive and who can view them.

Emergency maintenance?

Forms are not a substitute for a 24-hour phone line. Use the Form for routine triage; keep life-safety paths per policy.

What about rent-regulated cities?

Question wording and required documentation may differ. Legal review required before publishing.
