The PDF is approved. The Form is always late
Wealth and banking teams fight the same bottleneck: the official wording lives in a PDF or Word template that went through legal and compliance. The digital experience someone wants is a Google Form link. In the middle is an analyst retyping twenty pages, which introduces mistakes and delays launch by a week.
Doc2Form reads a digitally authored file up to 5 MB and produces a draft Form in your Google account. It does not replace your compliance sign-off. It simply removes the mechanical step where every field is copied by hand.
Describe mode still helps when you are prototyping: for example, a short risk-tolerance survey with a five-point scale and two open comments. You refine in Google Forms until compliance attaches the version number.
Where responses sit, and what we do not claim
Every Form lands in Google Drive like any form you build yourself. Link responses to Sheets for filtering, exports, or downstream tools your tech team permits. Doc2Form does not store submissions on its side in a way that replaces your records management policy, and it is not a core banking system, CRM, or loan origination platform. Use it to stand up questionnaires your organization has already decided are appropriate for Google Workspace.
Common questions
Does Doc2Form make a form compliant?
No. Compliance is your firm responsibility. Doc2Form only converts structure from a document into Google Forms. Whether that use fits KYC, AML, privacy law, or internal policy is for your compliance and legal groups.
What happens to client data?
Submissions live in Google Forms and linked Sheets under your account settings, same as any other Form. Doc2Form processes the uploaded file to generate the form structure; follow your own data handling rules for that upload.
Which question types convert cleanly?
Multiple choice, checkboxes, short answer, paragraph, and dropdown. Messy tables or nested legal text may need cleanup after import.
Can ops and advisors collaborate on the same Form?
Yes. Share edit access per your Workspace policy so fewer emailed PDFs circulate with conflicting versions.
What does the first conversion cost?
The first hosted conversion is free. Paid credits follow. Open-source self-hosting is available if your firm prefers.
